Return Policy

At The Let's Mahj-On!, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return process.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Full Refunds

  • Eligibility: Full-price items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. 
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging complete with all pieces. Any shrink-wrapped items must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for a refund.
  • Opened Items: If shrink-wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, we can not accept returns.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. 
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part. In such cases, return shipping will be refunded.
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@letsmahj-on.com. Please provide your order number, full name, email address, shipping address and phone number in your return request email. Please indicate the reason for your return and a photo of your item. 

    When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label at a flat shipping rate of $10 for return shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@letsmahj-on.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Opened Items: If shrink-wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, we can not accept returns.
